The City of Italy and Italy Lion’s Club are celebrating our Hispanic culture by throwing a party at the Cargill-Gallman Pavilion! We will have food, music, dancing and local fare on Monday, May 5, 2025, starting at 5:00pm until 7:30pm. Everyone is invited to join in on the fun. Do you make the best salsa in town? Show me. We are having a homemade salsa contest with special judges and the winner will win bragging rights and a nice dinner at Ninfa’s in Waco! Call Anne at Italy City Hall, 972-483-7329 for more details.
