After Thanksgiving turkeys are gone and the dressing has been eaten, December is finally here. Invite your friends and family to Italy’s Christmas Festival scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023 from 3pm-8pm. We will have music from Central Baptist Band and The Classic Swing Band at the Cargill-Gallman Pavilion and Italy Community Center at 108 Harpold. Of course, there will be vendors slinging hash and arts ‘n crafts will be on hand. There will be a children’s area with balloon twisting and face painting and a special visitor from the North pole is scheduled to make a quick visit. Italy will sponsor a gun raffle as in years past. This year we will be featuring a Henry 20 gauge. A lighted parade will begin at 7pm, line-up is at 6:30p at the football stadium parking lot at IHS.
